Research Request Form

The Research Request Form is designed to supply us with the information necessary to begin work. All efforts will be focused toward reaching a specific research goal. Work is done only in connection with the explicit request stated on this form. Include what information you already have pertaining to the individual(s) you want traced. Results will depend on and vary in comparison to other work in relation to whatever difficulties that might arise during the research process. Research will begin when we have received payment.
